Great book for my daughter. Glad I purchased. She said that it does open your mind.

This is filled with lots of fun mindfulness activities and information without it feeling like it's being drilled into your head. I love it, I think it's a good book for anyone who wants to he more mindful/ learn about mindfulness.

Love love this book it gets you to slow down, calm down and think positivity! I recommend this book to everybody!!! Get it you won't be disappointed!!!

I was looking for something that would give me some meditation and writing prompts- things to reflect on while meditating and then journal the thoughts & feelings that arose. This isn’t really a journal, it’s more an activity book and many of the meditation activities are rather simplistic- draw a continuous line changing direction on each breath, stab the page w your pen to get out anger, make yourself a cup of tea and notice the temperature, flavoretc. Some activities are more involved, but many are very simplistic. I do enjoy skipping through the book and some doing activities at random, but others I’m certain I’ll never do. Giving it 3 stars because it’s sweet for what it is, but I’m ultimately disappointed w the purchase because I really wanted something deeper and more reflective that this.

Some of the activities were a bit too simplistic. They didn't get my attention enough for me to want to do them every day. Others involved having other supplies that I didn't have around me so I would have to skip that activity and go to another one. Overall, I did a few activities in this book and haven't touched it since.

Fantastic guided journal! Sturdy, and printed on high-quality paper as well.

Bought it as a gift for my boyfriend that has anxiety. He says it helps keep his mind off of a lot of things, he likes that it's interactive as well.

Seriously BUY THIS! Each exercise is so eye opening. It's a fun little journal that really motivates you to become more mindful. Awesome read!

I didn't like this book personally but I realize it may work well for others. The content -- to me -- is really silly and contrived. One of the exercises is to go around to local coffee shops and then there is a reward to give to the best coffee shop. First off, I don't drink coffee... and second that just seems... strange. And as a busy mom, I don't have time for that even if I DID drink coffee. I struggle with anxiety and I was hoping for a book to help with mindfulness but for me, this is not the book.
