I really like this journal. Plenty of room to make entries, and too many journals make room for 3 snacks a day. I try to limit snacks to no more than once a day and this journal provides for just that. I also like tracking when and where I eat and how I felt about my food choices. Plus the recap is every 10 days instead of every 7. One improvement I did make, I took the journal to Office Max and had them make it into a spiral bound book so it lays flat. So much easier to write on the left side page. Also lived it up and added a clear front cover for additional protection and a black cover for the back. Only cost me $5, and I think it’s a real improvement. I highly recommend this journal.

Much higher quality and larger then expected. Good value. Hopefully will help keep track of New Years resolutions.

This is a very good book. I like how it has a section to chart the food as well as your exercise and how you feel about each meal you ate.

The book came in and I'm excited to use it. However, the author of the book has misspelled the word, "Exercise" in the title. As an English teacher, that bothers me.

Very good motivation for eating right.
